The Department of Health Sciences and Technology was established on April 1, 2011. It presently comprises 10 academic staff and 15 visiting scholars with diverse, interdisciplinary specializations ranging across the fields of medical informatics, neuroscience, anthropology, environmental health sciences, and metabolic biochemistry. They are charged not only with the education of graduate students in Health Sciences related Master/Doctor Courses, but also undergraduate students from a wide range of majors including Nursing, Radiological Science and Technology, and Medical Technology.
We also collaborate internationally with researchers in diverse fields, and expect these activities to cultivate human resources with strong international and interdisciplinary research potential who can succeed in a multitude of fields.
