Self-Introduction
After studying clinical psychology, I began my career at a major bank. Later, I obtained a nursing license, gaining experience in an intensive care unit. My goal is to continue research that contributes to improving the quality of medical care and promoting evidence-based policy making (EBPM), ultimately fostering better patient care and a more supportive working environment for healthcare professionals.
