Poster Presentations

Poster Sessions

Poster sessions allow authors to present papers for discussion detailing their latest research. The session will consist of a Flash Talk (one-minute shotgun presentation) by the authors followed by a poster viewing and Q&A session.

Authors should prepare abstracts, presentation files (Flash Talk), and posters (A0 size) according to the following schedule.

• Abstract submission closing date: July 31, 2023
• Notification of abstract acceptance/rejection: Late August 2023
• Presentation submission deadline: September 30, 2023
• Posting of poster: On the day of the conference

Call for Abstracts 〈Closed〉

We invite graduate students to submit their abstracts for poster presentations on various aspects of health sciences.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. Abstracts must be written in English for the review process.
2. Submitted abstracts must be original work.
3. Abstracts must be submitted by the presenting authors (graduate students).
4. Abstracts do not have to be “structured”.
5. The abstract text should not exceed 200 words.
6. Abstracts must NOT contain tables, pictures or diagrams.
7. Run a spelling and grammar check before submission.
8. Abstracts should use the following format.
9. First author (graduate student) must attend the poster session including Flash Talk and Q&A session. In case the presenter needs to be absent due to unexpected events (sick, accidents, mourning etc.), immediately get in touch with the organizing committee.

• File format: Use the PPT file format Presentation Format 2023
• Submission deadline: September 30, 2023
• Submission to: FHS Secretariat by e-mail

To ensure proper file management, please put “your presentation No._your first name_last name”
(e.g. 1-03_Hanako_Hokudai) in the following areas;
