Functioning and Disability

 Department of Functioning and Disability is a research organization established in the Faculty of Health Sciences, Hokkaido University. In present, there are eight teachers and six Visiting Scholars in the department. We are in charge of education for students in the Division of Occupational Therapy, Department of Health Sciences, School of Medicine, Hokkaido University and graduate students in the Graduate School of Health Sciences, Hokkaido University (master course and doctor course). There are four laboratories in the Department of Functioning and Disability. We do researches related to rehabilitation, especially occupational therapy.
