1. Research of pathophysiological effects of xenobiotics and their biomarkers
2. Research of the protective roles of some phytochemicals against oxidative stress and mutagenesis
3. Research of lipid peroxidation and liver diseases
4. Research of Environmental Pollution and Food Safety
5. Research of chemical residues in food and human health risk assessment
During my research career, I gained knowledge in many fields of study related to food and public health including toxicology, microbiology, food safety, biochemistry, health risk assessment. I am looking for collaboration in such fields. I like to extend my research studies to include relationships between human exposure to xenobiotics via food ingestion and some metabolic diseases such as diabetes and other possible pathophysiological effects.

Everybody was borne for a certain goal. So, let us do something for humanity. We have to link our work with some useful practical applications.
